Sorry, I'll stay wet, thanks. > When I say "sic em" and speak > of the Lord, > I do NOT mean bring lightning bolts upon you, I mean, > bring LIGHT to you. Oh yeah, like THAT was obvious, especially given your track record here of fleeing from any light that shine your way... > Now only are you utterly proud, You are utterly unwilling or unable to substantiate this thoroughly-rebutted indictment of me. > but you appear not to have a > sense of humor either. I'm known for my sense of humor; there's just been no humor from you to sense. Fortunately for you, I'm too civil to say how much there's been from you to laugh AT. :-) > You must have had an awful childhood. What are you, an email application programmed to caricature insecure Christian apologists? Next thing I know, you'll be telling me my heart is "hardened", or that I had a bad experience with a church or minister, or that some misfortune drove me to atheism. Sorry to disappoint you, but I had a wonderful childhood, enjoyed my experiences with religion, and rationally chose atheism during a life that could aptly be described as charmed. OK, what's next in your database of excuses for not questioning your worldview? Or are your excuses all "dried up"? :-) Look, I'm sorry if you've heretofore been sheltered from the world of robust critical thinking about Christianity in particular or philosophy and science in general. I'm just an amateur in that world, and my meager attempts to expose people to it should not be counted as pride or arrogance just because I happened to stumble into that world before they did. There's enough in that world to humble us all. -- brian@holtz.org http://humanknowledge.net
