Interesting. Can you point me to any specific text you wrote (or even read) at the time that would give an indication of how familiar you were with the arguments for and against Christian theism? If so, you might be a candidate for my investigation as to whether atheists having long-term experience with both sides' arguments ever later convert to Christianity purely because of comparing those arguments.
Boy was I blind. You remind me of myself 19 years ago. Arrogant, vain, conceited and quite stupid thinking I saw while actually being blind. 
Whereas now that you are finally "fair", you routinely charge me with "arrogance" but decline my every request for you to substantiate your charge.  And now that you are finally "open-minded", you send me a steady stream of platitudes and cliches, but make no response whatsoever to my arguments that
