Perhaps the 4-page excerpt labeled "Conclusion" was not so conclusive after all? :-) I look forward to reading more about latent ambiguities, the potentialities of open source, re-enabled local sovereigns, and the limits of tort in software commerce. However, I remain skeptical that a strong case could be made for the propositions that * "laissez faire will mean let government regulate"; * code can protect data IP more than law can; * non-coercive free association can sensibly be called "censorship"; * problems like Y2K can sensibly be called "environmental damage". On the last point, I recommend "The Dangers of Calling Everything Pollution" in _Reason_: http://reason.com/9911/ed.vp.external.html
