It essentially argues that saying one could subtract from a world each object independently does not demonstrate that one could subtract all objects together. Without necessarily agreeing with the argument, I note simply that it's not at all an argument that one could not subtract from a world all of its objects together, or that an empty world is self-contradictory. It's merely an attempted refutation of an argument I haven't made. (My argument was that one could subtract the only item from a world with only one item.) -- brian@holtz.org http://humanknowledge.net
